FAQ - Security Deposits

Stag Groups should expect to pay a refundable security Deposit of between £10-£20 per person when you check in at your accommodation. This can normally be paid in cash or you can simply give an imprint of your credit card. The Security deposit is required to promote good behaviour. On check out the staff will check the rooms, fire extinguishers etc to make sure there is no damage then refund the deposit. Specific details will be provided on yor detailed itinirary which is issued 1 week before the event.

Stag Booking Process - What to expect

Once your booking has been made we will request an initial 25% deposit to confirm the reservation. This can be paid by credit card. You will be required to confirm the actual number of persons and pay the balance 1 month before the event. If your numbers change we recalculate the Final balance due which must be paid 1 month before the event. We will do our very best to accommodate any potential changes but please be aware that some events do have minimum numbers which can have an impact on the overall price and that it is not always possible to change the accommodation requirements. We will of course liaise with you in this event to en suite you get the best possible deal.

FAQ - Budget Accommodation

The budget accommodation providers we use are the very best in Edinburgh. We are confident you will have a fun experience for money. All of our locations are Hen friendly and they are based in the heart of the city centre within easy walking distance of all the best bars and restuarants. The rooms are cleaned daily and all bedding is provided (towels can be hired). You will have exclusive use of the rooms and will be able to lock your rooms. If necessary can valuables can be stored safely on request. Check in time is after 12 noon, check out time is 10am. Some locations do include breakfast. We will confirm all these details on your detailed itinerary which is issued 1 week before the event.

ALL INCLUSIVE PRICING -Transport to and from events

Some of the great stag activities we provide are located outside Edinburgh and will require transport. All of our Stag Packages which have eventgs outside of Edinburgh do include a private mini-bus which will collect you at your accommodation take you to your events then bring you back to Edinburgh. If you have an event within Edinburgh it is more cost effective to arrange your own people carrier or taxis but we are happy or make arrangemnts for you if required.
